Refund policy
Each sans rival cake and brownie bar is freshly made for you! If you’re unable to make it that day, we will accept cancellation at least 2 days beforehand to receive a full refund. If an order is not picked up, we can’t offer refunds or replacements and you will be charged for 100% of your order. We will not hold orders for the following day if we aren’t notified prior. Please understand we are not responsible for contacting and reminding you for your order.
We will always do our best to prepare, pack and deliver your product(s) with the utmost care. Nevertheless, accidents can happen and so we ask and suggest that you double check your order if its correct and in perfect condition upon pickup. In the unlikely event that you find your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged, please inform our service team immediately on (310) 622-5696 and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages occurred during delivery through an external courier. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds without the requested evidence and proof of purchase. Please note that we can only credit a refund to the card used to purchase the item.
